Lead – Manual Testing	Gurgaon	• Must have at least 7 years of QA experience & must have 2 years of lead experience • Should have technical background in ETL, Datastage, Unix, Business Object, Oracle, SQL. • Must be able to do the test planning for projects assigned • Must be able to work with cross application teams and coordinate the testing effort • Must demonstrate understanding of the Traceability Matrix, Test Coverage Table, Risk Assessment, and test estimation • Must be able to write test cases and test scenarios for complex software applications • Must be able to execute test cases and scenarios. Must be able to report and review testing results. Should have working knowledge of defect management lifecycle including usage of tools like Quality Center, Remedy, Jira etc. • Should be able to generate metrics for projects and work with project and product management teams to identify the health of the application • Should be open to work as Team lead and as Individual contributor • Should have strong written and oral communications skills • Should have strong problem resolving capabilities including brainstorming alternatives to given problem and implementing alternative solution approaches • Banking knowledge is a plus
