Detailed Job Description:
1) Mumbai: 2 positions (4+ Years)
{Responsible for installation of appnomic A1/O1 Product lines.
Front-ending with customers, and operate independently to see through projects end-to-end
Frontline support for customers, whenever onsite support is warranted for completed installations
KPIs include timely completion of implementation projects, customer responsiveness, and timely escalations to engineering team / senior management for product enhancements and bug fixes.}
Skills;
4 years + Experience in installation / Support of various infrastructure monitoring / Support tools (CA/BMC/Compuware etc)
Strong exposure to Linux platform and MySQL Databases
1+ years of software development / maintenance experience desirable in C/Java platforms
Moderate Exposure to Perl/Python/Shell scripting
Ability to learn an adopt to new technologies
Should have exposure to IT Services or Banking business domain
2) Bangalore: 3 Positions (4+ Years)
{Responsible for installation of appnomic A1/O1 Product lines.

3) Bangalore: 3 positions Senior level (6+ Years)
{Responsible for installation of appnomic A1/O1 Product lines.
Front-ending with customers, and operate independently to see through projects end-to-end
Managing internal teams, projects, deadlines, engineering / product reviews for backlogs and progress. Assist engineering team in arriving at root-cause of issues faced at the customer site
Act as the first level of escalation for customers, sales and field support team
KPIs include timely completion of implementation projects, customer responsiveness, and timely escalations to engineering team / senior management for product enhancements and bug fixes
Should participate in building the service delivery cycle around the product lines and sustain it till maturity is achieved.}
Skills;
6+ years of Experience in installation / Support of various infrastructure monitoring / Support tools (CA/BMC/Compuware etc)
Strong exposure to Linux platform and MySQL Databases
1+ years of software development / maintenance experience desirable in C/Java platforms
Moderate Exposure to Perl/Python/Shell scripting.
Should be passionate about technologies and learning them.
Excellent documentation and articulation skills are mandatory.
Should be a good people manager, and be able to navigate systems and people internally as well as externally
Exposure to Project Management / ITIL Practices is desirable in addition to the above, apart from team management.
