0-5 years experienced candidates, with following skills/knowledge:

· Minimum Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/ BSc (CS)

· Freshers (0-1 yr exp): ~70% from good institutes

· Testing, SDLC processes ( Enterprise application testing experience preferred)

· Experience with DB/SQL/Unix/ Win

· Automation, using QTP

· Siebel experience is desirable

· Good analytical and problem solving skills

· With good communication skills, initiative/personal drive, adapting and open to learning new domain/technology
