Job Responsibilities:
• Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.x Functional - Proficient with the following Agile modules – Product Collaboration, Product Quality Management and Product Governance & Compliance
• Proficient with navigating in Agile using the Web Client
• Proficient in performing application configuration and administration tasks in the Java Client. These tasks include but are not limited to user setups, role setups, user security, user groups, small workflow modifications (i.e. criteria changes), class and sub-class maintenance, create and modify standard Agile queries and reports.
• Ability to troubleshoot any user errors. In many cases this involves reviewing and correcting setups in the Java Client but also frequently involves working with Oracle through Oracle Support
