The Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET) program is envisaged as an aspirational opportunity extended to fresh graduates to train on the industry specific tools and technologies and get onboard with Aon Hewitt. The GET Program is being delivered in association with AlmaMate, the industry leader in graduate 'on - boarding' training delivery. AlmaMate has helped create innovative solutions to create ready to deploy graduate engineers.

Referrals invited for

Position: IND Graduate Engineer Trainee

Band: 002

Work Location:Gurgaon/Noida/Chennai

Only B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA – 2010 passout, with no gap in Academics

Should be from Computer Science OR Information Tech. stream only

Should have scored at least 60% aggregate in B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA

Candidates with 0 - 6 months of total experience can also apply

Must have Excellent Communication Skills

Program Plan

Referred candidate's profile will be screened by Alma Mate and candidates meeting Job Specifications will be called directly by Alma Mate Coordinator for Assessment / Interview

Candidates will be called to appear for Assessment Tests. Candidates clearing assessment test will be short-listed for Technical & HR interview.

Final selected candidates would be given a "Letter of Intent" duly signed by the Aon Hewitt authorized signatory.

Candidates opting to accept "Letter of Intent" will be required to enroll themselves by paying a fee of Rs.50,000 to Alma Mate for training of approx 2 months duration on relevant technology

Post the successful completion of training, all candidates will go through the final assessment

Selected candidates will then get a final Offer-cum-Appointment Letter from Aon Hewitt

Alma Mate will return 50% of the training fee (after deducting service tax) and will retain remaining 50% , in case the graduate does not qualify for selection procedure by AON Hewitt

AON Hewitt will reimburse training fee to the successfully hired graduates on completion of a 18 months tenure with the organization subject to meeting expected performance
