Lead/Sr. Developer - .Net



Experience

4-6 years

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related equivalent

Technical Skills

Very good development skills in asp.net, C#
Should have experience in windows based applications (must)
Should have at least 1yr exp in winform (must)
Should have exp in latest .net framework 3.0, 3.5

Should have exp in advance .NET concept like WCF, WPF etc
Excellent OOP concepts.
Experience in Design pattern is must.
Should have exp in sql server.

Soft Skills

Have excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent team collaboration and and client interfacing skills
Strong English written, verbal, and comprehension skills required

Process

Exposure to Agile development methodology

Job Responsibilities

Work as part of a multi site engineering team geographically located across different time zones
Demonstrate a high level of accountability, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage workload and achieve results
Work to client deadlines, handling multiple simultaneous, complex tasks; and operating with minimal supervision
Work as a team player, who “owns” his or her area and understands success requires a high degree of creativity to discover or create a solution that will delight the client.
Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and adapt well to changing priorities.

Expertise in SIP and Call Processing

Expertise in Core Java and OOPs

Good understanding of networking concepts

Strong troubleshooting skills in multithreaded environment

Working knowledge of any Unix platform

Desired Skills

Good understanding of High availability and scalability is a Plus

knowledge of is a plus
