Here is some more information on our VP roles for the Marks & Spencer account:
VP of Technology
We are currently looking for a VP of Technology to head up the technology team on the M&S re-platform project. This person needs to be a multi-channel enterprise architect, who can lead the architecture of one of the most complex retail systems in the world. The role requires someone who is comfortable running teams of 200+ people including off-shore teams. Minimal requirements would be for someone to have delivered large scale e-Commerce projects, with experience in technologies such as ATG, Hybris or Websphere Commerce, as well as other retail systems and with an understanding of enterprise architectures in the retail business. They will also have the ability to advise CTOs/IT heads on developing roadmap for strategic changes.

VP of Program Management
The second position is for a VP of Program Management to lead the whole programme. We are looking for someone who has led large teams on multichannel retail transformation projects with a budget of £75-200M. The ideal candidate will have led complex, multidisciplinary, multi-track projects and/or programs through the full project life cycle (ideally in the retail space) managing multiple third parties and vendors. This person must be a leader, someone who can drive this major program forward under aggressive timelines while managing the politics and complexities of a major retail organisation.
