We are seeking for a talented Sr. Software Engineer to join our growing mobile development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an innovative and award wining team creating enterprise software, social-networking and other collaborative applications. This Mobile Development Group would work towards building a core cross-platform mobile framework to create feature-rich application applications on iPhone, iPad and Android.
As a small team, we use Agile methodologies to do collaborative development, and at the same time we allow for a great deal of individual expression and creativity in how our applications are produced. We work on small projects, where one or two developers can manage independently, and we also work on larger projects where you may be asked to contribute a portion of the application code your team works to create. The mobile development group will be a key part of our creative product delivery initiative, and will be central to how our company succeeds.

Responsibilities
• Interact with cross platform teams as needed.
• Take ownership of framework, UI, and integration with other application areas.
• Develop applications for Mobile Devices and Interfaces.
• Work with a product team on the company's iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile (and other mobile platform) applications.
• Be involved at all stages of application development, from UI design to final testing.
• Work closely with other developers to implement server APIs and services to support planned mobile functionality.
• Work on an ongoing basis with UI designers, Program Managers and Testers in a team environment.
• Consistently write performance-minded, highly-readable code using OO best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field. Masters preferred.
• 5+ Years of experience with object oriented analysis and design practices, with a strong Java background and RDBMS/SQL experience.
• 2+ years of mobile development experience. Experience with atleast one native mobile platform (iOS, Android) is desirable.
• Familiarity with structured raw data formats, including XML and JSON/REST services.
• Deep experience using Ajax technologies with passionate inclination and understanding of the latest HTML5,JavaScript techniques. In-depth understanding of web standards and browser discrepancies (and ways to address them).
• Knowledge of developing user experience for multi-touch mobile devices. Experience with Ext-JS/Sencha Touch is a plus.
• At least 3 years of strong object oriented Javascript experience, preferably with large-scale systems.
• Experience working with Agile teams using collaborative tools.
• Strong interpersonal and team communication skills.
